Graduated from the Escola Superior de Guerra – ESG (Rio de Janeiro) and from Technische Hoshschule (Germany) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Completed an extension course from the University of California – San Diego.

Vice President of the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI). Recipient of the National Order of Merit of the French Republic and is an Honorary Citizen of North Dakota (USA). Previously held the positions of National Secretary of Energy and served as President of CERJ, Eletrobrás, Alstom do Brasil, Light Serviços de Eletricidade S.A. and MDU do Brasil. Served as Member of the Board of Directors of Itaipu, Eletrobrás, Furnas, Chesf, Eletrosul, Nuclen, Cesp, CPFL, Cemig, EDP and was honorary Vice President of the World Energy Council. Previous experience with BNDES, and as Director of BNDESPAR and of Bozana Simonsen. Member of Strategic Councils of various companies including Calvon-Crédit Lyonnais, Arsenal Investimentos, FIP-Pactual, Rio Bravo, and Signatura Lazard Fréres. Served as President of the Commercial Association of Rio de Janeiro (ACRio). Graduated in Civil Engineering from PUC/RJ and in Social Sciences from IFCS-UFRJ, with post-graduate degrees in Brazil, USA and France.

Roberto Duque Estrada

Founding Partner of Xavier, Duque Estrada, Emery, Denardi Advogados. Advisor to the Illegal Market Control Commission – Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association and to the Business Counsel for Legal and Tax Issues of the Commercial Association of Rio de Janeiro. Columnist for the website “Consultor Jurídico” (CONJUR) and author of technical articles on tax issues. Director of the Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF), of the Brazilian Association of Tax Law (ABRADT), of the Center for the Study of Law Firms (CESA), of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and of the Institute for International Taxation, Inc. (IITI). Previously was Professor of International Tax Law at PUC/RJ. Graduated in Law from PUC/RJ, with a focus on Tax Law.

Arnon Affonso de Farias Mello Neto

Previously President of the Municipal Olympic Company (EOM), the coordinating agency for all municipal activities related to the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, and previously Subsecretary to the Transportation Secretary and to the Municipal Conservation Secretary of Rio de Janeiro. Worked for the 2012 Olympic Games in London in Logistics and City Operations. Graduated in Administration from PUC/RJ, with an extension degree in Sports Marketing and Broadcasting from New York University (NYU).

Pedro Alberto Guimaraes Filho

Octavio Francisco Monteiro de Carvalho Domit

Founding Partner of Boa Consulta and of PROSPERITY Investimentos – Gestora de Private Equity. Prior to founding PROSPERITY,  worked for Citigroup’s brokerage division in Brazil, in equity sales, and as investment advisor for Smith Barney in New York. Graduated in Administration from Bentley University (Massachusetts, USA).

President of the Supreme Court of Sports Justice (STDJ) for Athletics and Auditor of the Supreme Court of Sports Justice (STDJ) for Volleyball. Graduated with a Law degree from Universidade Santa Úrsula, with a focus on Corporate Law, Capital Markets and Tax and received a post-graduate degree in Finance from IBMEC.

Joaquim Pedro Monteiro de Carvalho Collor de Mello

Previously was Managing Partner of the Brazilian branch of Astor Group, an American company specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and was Founding Partner and Director of Charles River Capital. Graduated in International Relations from Georgetown University (magna cum laude), and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
