Chairman of the Board of Directors
He is the CEO of Monteiro Aranha S.A. He has worked for Volkswagenwerk (Germany) and J. Henry Schroder Bank (London). He has graduated from the Superior School of War and in Mechanical Engineering by Technische Hoshschule (Germany). He has taken an extension course at University of California, San Diego.

Sergio Francisco Monteiro de Carvalho Guimarães

1st Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
He is the 1st Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Monteiro Aranha S.A. and a member of the Board of Directors of Klabin S.A. He was Assistant Manager at IBJ Shroder Bank (NY). He has graduated in Economics at PUC/RJ, with an MBA at Fordham University (USA). He has attended the program Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Havard Business School.

Roberto Duque Estrada

Effective member of the Board of Directors
He is a Founding Partner of the Law Firm Xavier, Duque Estrada, Emery, Denardi Advogados. He is a consultant to the Commission for Combating the Illegal Market - Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association and the Compliance Business Council of Associação Comercial do Rio de Janeiro. He is a site columnist in Consultor Jurídico (CONJUR) and author of technical articles on tax matters. He was Director of Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro (ABDF), Associação Brasileira de Direito Tributário (ABRADT), Centro de Estudos das Sociedades de Advogados – CESA, International Fiscal Association (IFA); Institute for International Taxation, Inc. (IITI). He was professor of International Tax Law at PUC/RJ. He has graduated in Law at PUC/RJ, with specialization in Tax Law.

Arnon Affonso de Farias Mello Neto

He is Vice-President of the National Basketball Association (NBA) for Latin America. He has founded Loops, a digital media startup. He has worked at Astor Group, Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics at University of Chicago, an MBA at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a master's degree in public administration at Harvard University.

Octavio Francisco Monteiro de Carvalho Domit

Effective member of the Board of Directors
He was a Founding Partner of Boa Consulta and PROSPERITY Investimentos - Private Equity Manager. He has worked at the Citigroup brokerage in Brazil, in the field of stock sales, and served as resource manager for Smith Barney in New York. He has graduated in Business Administration at Bentley University.

Tulio Capeline Landin

Effective member of the Board of Directors
He is the CEO of Track & Field, where he was previously CFO. He has acted as executive in companies such as NBA, LiveWright, Monitor Group, Standard Bank, J.P. Morgan and PwC. He has developed his career mainly in finance and strategy areas, with experience in international business, logistics, fundraising, administration and sports marketing. He holds a degree in Sport and Accounting both at USP, and holds a Tuck School of Business in Dartmouth MBA, as well as executive courses related to innovation and digital strategies at MIT and Harvard Business School (USA).

Joaquim Francisco Monteiro de Carvalho Neto

He was President of the Municipal Olympic Company (EOM), the company that coordinated the municipal activities related to the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Secretary of the Department of Transportation and the Department of Conservation of the City of Rio de Janeiro. He worked in the 2012 Olympics Games in London in the field of Logistics & City Operations. He has graduated in Business Administration at PUC/RJ, with specialization in Sports Marketing and Brodcasting at New York University (NYU).

Pedro Alberto Guimaraes Filho

He was International Relations Advisor in Rio de Janeiro City Hall Office. He has graduated in International Relations at Centro Universitário Metodista Bennett, with an MBA in International Relations at FGV/RJ.

Joaquim Pedro Monteiro de Carvalho Collor de Mello

Alternate member of the Board of Directors
He is the Investor Relations Officer of Monteiro Aranha S.A. He is an alternate member of the Board of Klabin S.A and was also a member of the Board and a member of the Audit and Risks Committee of Ultrapar Participações S.A. He previously acted as Managing Partner of the Brazilian branch of Astor Group, a US-based independent investment bank and strategic advisory firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Astor Group, he was an executive and Director of Organização Arnon de Mello, a media conglomerate. He has a bachelors degree in Foreign Affairs from Georgetown University (magna cum laude), and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
