Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Technische Hochschule (Germany) and has worked at Volkswagenwerk (Germany) and J. Henry Schroder Bank (London). Member of the Board of Klabin S.A. and Ultrapar. He was chairman of the Brazilian section of the Brazil-Argentina Business Council, Member of the Board of the Industrial Development Research Institute (IEDI) and President of the Commercial Association of Rio de Janeiro (ACRJ).

He was President of Companhia Vale do Rio Doce and Caemi and Secretary to the Brazilian Government for Strategic Issues. He is Chairman of Rio Doce International and Board Member of Monteiro Aranha S.A. He is also member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

He has a degree in Law and a complementary degree in Economic-Politics Sciences at University of Lisbon, in addition to a Business Administration degree at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - SP. He was Portuguese Minister for Foreign Affairs and Director and Vice-President of Monteiro Aranha S.A. He is currently a member of the board of Klabin S.A.

He is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Ultra Group and Oxiteno, Vice-President of ABIQUIM (Brazilian Association of Chemical Industries), member of the Economic Superior Council of FIESP, member of Advisory Council of IBMEC University, member of the Advisory Council of IPT - Institute of Technological Research and member of the Development Council of Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ). Chairman of the Board of IEDI.

JEAN PIERRE LUCA CARLO CEDRONI

Member of the Board

Born on 24.6.1978, in Thiais, France. He is a graduate in Business Administration with a Masters in Management and Finance, both from EM Lyon Business School in France.Jean Pierre joined Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. in 2011, and is currently superintendent of the Private Equity division, responsible for investment prospecting, analysis, structuring and monitoring. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of BR Towers, non-voting member of the Board of Directors of Brennand Cimentos, and an alternate member of 2bCapital’s investment committee. Previously he worked for over 11 years for a number of investment banks, at UBS, HSBC and Lehman Brothers, in Brazil, the United States and Europe, where he held the position of Director, with responsibilities in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets (equities and debt) and financing. He originated and carried out transactions in the consumer, retail, health, technology, telecommunications, industrial, construction materials, energy, infrastructure, logistics and transport sectors. He was also formerly an analyst at the Private Equity company CVC Capital Partners.

PEDRO ALBERTO GUIMARÃES FILHO

Holds a degree in international relations at Centro Universitário Metodista Bennett and a master degree in internationl relations at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Since 2009, has been acting as International Relations Assistant at Rio de Janeiro City Mayor’s Office.

OCTÁVIO FRANCISCO MONTEIRO CARVALHO DOMIT

Holds a degree in Administration at Bently College (Massachusetts, USA), is Founding Partner of PROSPERITY Investimentos – a Private Equity firm. Before PROSPERITY Investimentos, Octávio worked at Citigroup Brasil brokerage at the stocks selling department. In the previous years, acted as Smith Barneys resources manager in New York.

JOAQUIM PEDRO MONTEIRO DE CARVALHO COLLOR DE MELLO

Investor relations director of Monteiro Aranha S.A since March 2015. Joaquim worked as Director, COO and CEO of the Arnon de Mello Organisation, one of the largest communications conglomerates in the Northeast, between 2002 and 2005. From 2005 to 2007, he was Vice- President for new investment of MASA Participações em Meio Ambiente, where he was responsible for investment analysis of start-up and early stage companies. He was Vice-President of the Astor Group, a mergers and acquisitions advisory, from 2009 to 2011 and Managing Director from 2011 to 2013. In 2013 he founded Charles River Asset Management where he worked as a Director of Compliance and Risk. Joaquim has a degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, magna cum laude, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Holds a degree in administration at Faculdade Integradas Cândido Mendes. Since 1997, act as Director at Instituto Marquês de Salamanca at Santa Teresa and Três Rios - Rio de Janeiro.
